Three Lessons We Took Away from EV Charge Show 2023

Fairs are invaluable not only for showcasing products but for listening to the field. At EV Charge Show 2023 we spoke with hundreds of operators and drivers, then returned and updated the Echargo roadmap with these insights.

1. Regulatory compliance is no longer a “feature” but a requirement

EPDK licensing and GİB reporting rose to the very top of operators’ agendas. This feedback accelerated our decision to fully embed EŞÜ reporting into Echargo.

2. Load distribution is the biggest pain of constrained infrastructure

Limited transformer capacity in residential complexes and hotels constrains the number of vehicles charging simultaneously. Distiro’s smart load distribution and VIP prioritization matured as a natural result of these conversations.

3. The driver experience determines loyalty

Fast discovery, seamless payment, and transparent pricing are the real reasons to return to a charging network. We treat the mobile experience as a priority distinct from the operator dashboard.
